We're still five years away from immersive inclusion of a 3D graphics API, but how cool would it be to populate photo-realistic real-world cities with GTA-like vehicles and people?? Before long the line between mapping tools and games will blurr beyond recognition...

I'm sure virtual 3D environments including cars and pedestrians will get included as an optional view eventually... once your PC is capable of handling the extra load without having a fit!

I downloaded it last night and had a play. They have a few 3D buildings in the AU capital cities (even Brisbane).

It's pretty good fun to play with!
