Doesn't seem I can start threads elsewhere in the forum...
But I thought the advice of local members might be better anyway.

Considering an Evo bonnet for the VR-4 I hope to be driving around in soon and I've found the following ones available locally.

Which do you prefer?

edit, to search, the best way is to click 'advanced search' and select "thread titles only", enter evo* and bonnet*, that way evo and any word containing evo; and bonnet and any word containing bonnet is searched for

That's a good way to make someone feel welcome. We're trying to encourage people to stay so they can donate and get added access to other parts of the forum, shutting them down like that isn't going to help.

It's one thing telling people to 'go search', but if everytime someone asks a question and the response is ALWAYS 'go search', then all we are going to get is a forum full of threads that tells us to search (not very helpful when you are actually trying to use the search function).

**EDIT - ah, I see you added the links :p I'll keep the above in for anyone else who reads **

Chris, the reason why you can't start threads elsewhere is because you only have "User" status, "Member" status allows you to access the entire site and is obtainable by making a donation. All the information is located HERE.

In terms of bonnet suggestions, there was a recent Group Buy for WA Members through Xanadu Group, located in the OZVR4 Shop. Maybe get in contact with a few of those guys to see what quality is like.
There's also a large thread about Evo Bonnets, which is a bit lengthy and a little old now, but still may be of some use. It does make reference to Carmate and TopStage which you posted about.

I'm not sure of anyone with a TopStage Bonnet though, some do have their Front Bumpers though, not too sure what they think about their quality though.

I have 2 Top Stage Bonnets, 1 in GPR and 1 in CF, there ok but required alot of re-finishing, additionally they are not supplied with grilles for the vented areas, I would recommend checking the current group buy that Don from Xanadu Group is running, the quality is awesome from all the members comments who purchased them already.....
