Random 6 volt plug?

Near the drivers footwell i found a random as hell 6 Volt plug that looks like a factory plug, but cant find anywhere it goes. what could it be?

what is throwing me is that it only had 6 volts when ACC is on. the previous owner put a boost gauge in that area so maybe the boost gauge replaced something?

Why would anyone install a boost gauge in a footwell lol.

Can you trace back where this plug leads to?

it was installed in the little panel to the right underneath the fog light switch, but the plug is dangling


plug just goes into the main wiring loom, but has a cable tapped off it that i have no idea where it goes

Ohhhh, I would need a picture to confirm what I'm ganna say : but I think I might know what your talking about now, pretty sure I had it in my car as well, I think they are plugs if you have Traction Control or something like that because switch gos somewhere near that plug.
