Great work there bro,I am single turbo also running over 410whp you just need to figure out what's causing that drop off on power on top end

98 is 230 @18psi
E85 is 252. @15psi

We limited the E85 to 15psi and which was 470NM torque cause it's a stock bottom end.
Stock bottom end
Lightly Ported heads
Kelford reground 262 10mm lift cams
Bc2100 valve springs.
TD03 turbos with BMW turbine shaft 11blade wheel. Billet 38/48 compressor wheel.
1000cc injectors
DW300 fuel pump
Flex sensor and bits
Kristan COP kit.
Port matched exhaust manifolds.
Ceramic coated manifolds and turbine housings.
TME Steve tune.

E85 flex and supporting mods
1000cc injectors
Link G4 fury ECU
Cop kit
Greddy intercooler
Stainless 3in turbo back exhaust and 100 cell cat
Limited E85 tune to keep torque around the 500nm mark.
Clutch hates life
