my hdi is 300H/600L/90W

yep, the width is the problem. you have to re trim the crash bar. the greddy with 76 mm width will hit the crash bar lightly on the edge, so i have to cut the crash bar a bit.

What worry me most, the fact is i need bigger IC since the car knock hard when I push it with 95 RON fuel + 14 psi boost. maybe its about time to buy AEM WMI

Yeah the 95ron won't help much.

Try water/meth injection will help the octane and lower inlet temps.

Thats the right intercooler but it is a real tight fit. The front reo bar can be cut to fit but doesn't need to be if you fiddle around with it a bit and don't want to cut anything. I have the same intercooler in my car but i just cut the reo bar to make it fit.

Do you have a PFL or FL hot side pipe or is it more than that which doesn't line up?

FL cold side and hot side wouldn't line up. If I maintain the current height, I could probably tilt the top of the cooler back (towards the engine) to make the crash bar fit.

the hdi is alittle bigger and can be abit harder to squeeze in without having to massage the reo bar.
the x3e kit is alittle smaller but should fit without any dramas. if you get the x3e kit get the plus kit with the power steering cooler and get rid of the factory power steering tubing

Fell in love with this based on the size and how well it would fit on my PFL.
SIts square in the cold air stream with minimal blockage.
There was a great write up on them as fitted to a Hyundai Genesis Coupe.
Boost feels stronger and runs all day without lagging in the heat.
Landed from the US for about $200 all up, only need 2 90' silicone elbows and 2 "L" brackets, no cutting of anything required...it's a tight fit though
as its 3 3/4" thick, 95mm.
Giggidy!

I miss my tow hook!
Size is 29.5" x 7.5" x 3.75" , 750mm x 190 x 95mm deep/thick.
It has a greater (core) volume than the original.
Very happy with it!

I think it will lower the air the temperature a bit, but not much even if you only run stock boost application. Therefore I dump my ARC intercooler and somebody bought it from me at local forum. I bought the greddy next, but then I need something bigger like HDI Spec 2, Dont care much about the crash bar, I dare to cut it to fit the HDI IC.
