Use e-go couriers 'depo to depo' option to send all orders to Perth. From there someone can pick them up and drop them at a neutral location for us all to pick up at a convenient time.

Sounds like a good idea. I'll check that out. Could be a possibility for all states if people are willing to go to a depot.

We seem to be having problems getting a good price for delivery to NZ so I asked the shipping agent what he could offer. This is his reply based on 4 sets going to NZ

"It depends on which airport in NZ, 3 main ones Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch.

Also depends on final weight and volume but as an example and this is freight cost only Sydney – Auckland you are looking at an approximate freight cost

AUD 120.00 Minimum or AUD 1.30 per kg plus additional surcharges on top of this and local origin fees. This is based that the length doesn’t exceed dimensions as given.

So rediclous some of the quotes I got also for a gearbox From NZ. Like well over $1000 for seamail....

I was thinking how do companies ship things like rice from india to Australia? Not paying $1000 per 50kg bag? Am I missing something?

Anyway I think the quote brad received when comparing like 20 of them was from a company called 'mainfreight'.
